1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User," "you," or "your") and Beijing Jiaheju Hotel Management Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our," or "Jiaheju"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website (jiahejuinfo.com), mobile applications distributed through the Google Play Store, and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms or any modification thereof, please do not use the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our Services and ensuring their compliance with these Terms.

3. License and Restrictions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.3 Content Monitoring

We do not prescreen or monitor User Content, but we reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or edit any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEIJING JIAHEJU, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BEIJING JIAHEJU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR IF NO AMOUNT WAS PAID, USD 100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beijing Jiaheju and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content or violation of others' rights
• Your conduct or negligence

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, reliability, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information or using their services.

10. Payments and Transactions

10.1 In-App Purchases

If our applications offer in-app purchases, you agree to pay the stated price through the payment method you select. All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions.

10.2 Refunds

Refund policies for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's policies and applicable platform terms. We recommend reviewing these policies before making purchases.

10.3 Tax

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of our Services. We will collect and remit taxes as required by law.

11. Google Play Compliance

As our applications are distributed through the Google Play Store, your use of our applications is also governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and other applicable policies. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's policies, Google Play's policies shall prevail regarding the distribution and use of applications through their platform.

12. Privacy

13. Modification of Terms and Services

14. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@jiahejuinfo.com to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beijing Jiaheju regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
